Handcrafted in small batches with intention and care.
1.5oz loose leaf · Approx. 15–18 cups · Steep 7–10 minutes covered
Soften was crafted to ease the transition from doing to being. To gently support the nervous system in releasing the tension of the day and creating the internal conditions for genuine rest.
Herbs:
• Lemon balm
• Lavender
• Chamomile
• Catnip
• Skullcap
• Measure 1–2 teaspoons per cup of hot water
• Steep covered for 7–10 minutes
• Sip slowly as part of your evening wind-down ritual
