Held Tea was crafted to comfort the nervous system, soften the edges of a hard day, and create a moment of genuine rest. This is not a tea for doing. It is a tea for receiving.
Herbs:
• Rose petals
• Lemon balm
• Chamomile
• Hibiscus
• Rose hips
• Jasmine flowers
• Lavender
• Measure 1–2 teaspoons per cup of hot water
• Steep covered for 5-7 minutes
• Breathe in the steam before your first sip
• Sweeten with honey if desired
