This kit was assembled for the woman who needs permission to pause. To light a candle, brew a cup of tea, and remember that tending to herself is not indulgent — it is necessary.

Handcrafted in small batches with intention and care.
The Held Ritual Kit was created to offer a complete, accessible sacred self care experience. Everything inside works together to comfort the nervous system, open the heart, and create a moment of genuine rest.
What's Inside:
• ½oz Held Ritual Oil
• Hand-dressed intention tealight (rose petals, jasmine flowers, lavender, rose quartz)
• Bay leaf for intention setting
• Single-serving pouch of Held Ritual Tea
• Ritual card with guided ceremony instructions
Presentation:
• Gold gift box with iridescent shredded paper
• Brew your Held tea and let it steep covered for 7–10 minutes
• Light your dressed tealight and set your intention on the bay leaf
• Anoint your wrists and heart center with the Held oil
• Sit. Breathe. Receive.
