That’s the simplest way I can describe what happens in a healing session. Something shifts. Something that’s been held — in your body, your energy field, your heart — gets to finally move.
In our time together, I work with your chakras and your energy field, gently clearing what has accumulated and restoring your own natural flow. You don’t need to know anything about energy healing for this to work. You just need to show up.
